Shipping policy

Shipping Generally

All regular product orders are usually be shipped within 1-3 business days (not including weekends or holidays). Orders within the USA are shipped via several carries depending on size and weight, including UPS, UPS Group, and USPS First Class Mail. Please note that our delivery estimates are based on information provided by our carriers. These carriers may experience delays in the transfer or delivery of your packages, which could have an effect on the delivery time. 

Free Shipping Eligibility on Consumer Orders within the United States of America 

Free shipping is for consumer purchases within Untied States of America on orders with a subtotal of at least $70 before shipping, handling, and tax, and after any discount or promo code. Any consumer order with a subtotal under $70 at checkout will not be eligible for free shipping. A "consumer" order is one that is intended primarily for personal, family, or household purposes (and not for business or resale purposes). Free shipping does not apply to non-consumer purchases, business purchases, bulk purchases (5 or more items), or wholesale orders. Free shipping to does not apply to international orders outside the United States of America. 

Returned Items 

We will ship your purchase to the address you provide, so please ensure that your address is correct when you check out. You will not receive a refund for any item that is returned to us, for any reason, unless you request a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy. If your item is returned to us by the carrier, we will hold it for you for up to 30 days, after which time your item may be disposed of without a refund. It is your responsibility to provide us with updated shipping information. We will re-ship returned items to you at the updated address you provide, at your expense. 

Customer bears risk of loss 

All risk of loss, damage, theft or destruction, partial or complete, to any purchased item incurred or occasioned by any cause, circumstance or event of whatever nature will be borne by Customer from and after delivery of the purchased items to the carrier. 

Changing/Cancelling Orders

Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed. Please review your shopping cart carefully before checking out. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. 

International Shipping 

At this time, we only offer shipping to addresses within the United States of America, Germany, Ireland, United Kingdom, and Austria. We do not offer shipping to any other country at this time.

 You are responsible to know the import regulations for your country. Please research all products to ensure that they are legal for importation prior to ordering. Once the order has left our premises, we cannot be held responsible for customs delays. The customer assumes all responsibility for any additional fees charged by customs.  We do not have any control over customs fees.

If, by chance, the order is returned to us and you wish to have a refund, then we will do so only after we have received the goods back. The refund will be calculated as total cost less shipping and a 15% restocking fee (refund = order total - 15% restocking fee - shipping).

We provide tracking information for all orders so please be diligent and keep track of your order progress through the mail system.

We do not have a reship policy. We assume that all customers are aware of their own country’s laws and therefore you are responsible for dealing with your country’s customs. Customs fees may apply and will be in addition to shipping fees. There will be additional processing time for the package to be processed through customs. Sometimes approval takes only a few days, but packages can take weeks to get through the customs process.

Please know your own import regulations before ordering. It is your responsibility. If customs does not return the products to us we cannot issue the 85% refund to you. If your order is denied entry into your country, we strongly advise attempting to have the items sent back to us and we will refund your order less shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
