Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on most items, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To request a refund, you must contact info@prerunnutrition.com and provide your order number, receipt, or other proof of purchase that is acceptable to us.
We will notify you once we’ve received and reviewed your refund request, and let you know if your request was approved and provide next steps in finalizing your refund. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exclusions
This policy does not apply to bulk purchases (more than one item), wholesale orders, sale items, gift cards, or training plans. These purchases are non-refundable.
No exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on any items. Please place a new order if you would like a different product.
Abuse of policy
We reserve the right to stop selling items to any person who, in our sole discretion, abuses this policy.
